Ed was one of the pioneers of the mission critical facilities industry and has a technical background as a specialist in power systems for critical facilities. He has presented numerous technical papers on critical facilities design, testing and power reliability and is often a key note speaker at data centre industry events. He has in-depth knowledge of critical facilities design, construction, risk analysis, fault analysis and testing. He has designed several pioneering fault tolerant electrical topologies for data centres and trading floors and was instrumental in the development initial deployment of the first 4 pole automatic static transfer switches. Ed was the recipient of the DatacenterDynamics Award for Outstanding Comtribution to the Industry in 2014.

Peter brings more than 30 years’ experience in engineering and design of power systems as applied to data centers, trading floors, command and control centers, and telecommunication and broadcasting facilities. Currently VP of Mission Critical Systems for Bloom Energy, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Peter Gross was Vice President and Managing Partner of Global Technology Consulting at Hewlett Packard. Prior to HP, Peter was co-founder and CEO at EYP Mission Critical Facilities, Inc. Recipient of 2010 DatacenterDynamics “Outstanding Contribution to the Industry” award, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of UCLA’s Institute of Environment & Sustainability and on SMU Lyle’s Data Center System Engineering Board of Advisors.

Seng Wee is responsible for the day to day running of the Critical Facilities Engineering business. His responsibilities also include project management and design of electrical & ELV systems. Seng Wee has over 18 years of industry experience in operations, contracting, consulting and business continuity. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) in Singapore and a Licensed Electrical Engineer registered with Energy Market Authority. He was part of the Technical Committee on Mains Failure Standby Generating System, which was responsible for Singapore Standard SS 535 : 2007 Code of Practice for Standby Generators (formerly CP31 : 1996).
