Successful candidates will be skilled in data centre design, be able to work autonomously and possess a proactive work ethic. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of design, require close liaison with clients and require strong communications skills.

• Experience with design and running projects as well as attending sites etc
• Experience with AutoCAD and other software packages
• Eager to develop
• Accredited building services degree or equivalent engineering qualification
• Experience in use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes
• Understanding of engineering systems theory
• Personal management/work autonomously when needed
• Ability to manage time and deliverables
• Problem solving skills
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements
• UK Based

• Assisting with the preparation of outline design schemes for projects of various sizes
• Producing detailed design drawings, schedules and specifications for tender purposes
• Visiting site during the construction phase to monitor progress
• Liaison with full professional team (Architect, Structural engineer, specialist consultants etc) and Contractors
• Assisting with the application of document control systems to project documentation
• Ensuring designs and installations conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Production of Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drawings under the direction of Engineers
• Assisting with the checking of documents
• Carry out detailed calculations
