5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information. Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Website..
With your consent, we automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate our Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
The cookie and tracking information that we collect includes:
Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Website and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Website (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called 'crash dumps'), and hardware settings).
Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Website. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
Location Data. We collect location data such as information about your device's location when you access our Website, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Website. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. However, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Website.
When we use Google Analytics. We may share information with Google Analytics to track and analyse the use of the Services. The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Google Display Network Impressions Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. Other opt out means include http://optout.networkadvertising.org/ and http://www.networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms page.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, our Website does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as under tax or accounting law or to deal with possible future legal claims).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
The criteria we use to determine how long we hold on to your personal information is based on applicable legal requirements or guidance issued by the UK Information Commissioners Office (ICO) or other regulatory authorities who have applicable jurisdiction.
7. DO WE TRANSFER DATA OVERSEAS?
In Short: We may transfer some of your personal information outside the UK or the EU/European Economic Area (EEA) but will take appropriate measures to protect such information.
To provide our Services, we may occasionally need to share your personal information with staff located in our other offices. Because some of these staff and offices are located overseas, this means that we may have to transfer your personal information outside the United Kingdom or EU/EEA to countries whose laws are not currently regarded under the GDPR or UK GDPR as providing the same legal protection for your personal information as you enjoy in the UK or EU/EEA. These overseas transfers are referred to 'restricted transfers'.
Whenever we undertake such a restricted transfer of your personal information, we will do so in a manner that complies with applicable law. For occasional restricted transfers of personal information, we may rely on an exemption under the GDPR or UK GDPR that permits such a transfer to take place subject to certain conditions, based on one or more of the following:
- the transfer of your personal information is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- we have explicit, informed consent from you to make the restricted transfer;
- the restricted transfer is necessary for performance of a contract to which we are a party, entered into in your interests; or
- the transfer is necessary in order to perform a contract between you and us, or to take certain pre-contractual measures at your request.
Alternatively, where we are making restricted transfers or personal information on a systematic or regular basis, we may use specific standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and/or other legal measures approved for use by the EU Commission and/or ICO which are considered to give the transferred personal information adequate legal protection in accordance with the GDPR and/or UK GDPR.
If you require further information regarding the measures that we use when making a restricted transfer of your personal information, please contact us using the details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US?' below.
8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: In some regions, such as the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
Your data rights: In some regions (like the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These include, subject to certain restrictions, the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information; (ii) to request rectification of inaccurate personal information or erasure of your personal information subject to certain conditions; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain situations; (iv) if applicable, to the 'portability' of the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making (if applicable). In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US?' below.
We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may also require further information from you to verify your identity or clarify your request before we can act.
If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the ICO as the UK data protection authority.
If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US?' below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US?' below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws or where there are any modifications to the way we process information. The updated version will be indicated by the date of the last update at the top of this notice. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible on the Website.
